SUBJECT + HAVE/HAS (NOT) + PAST PARTICIPLE--> I HAVE MADE the dinner.

Past participle is made with -ed in regular verbs or the third column of your list of irregular verbs.

Regulars: HAVE/HAS + watched, loved, played, tried...

Irregulars: HAVE/HAS + drunk, made, sung, bought, written...
